Beyond answers: Multilingual support with regulatory insights.
1. What happens if there is a quality dispute or off-spec shipment?
We take responsibility. Process:
Buyer notifies us within 15 days with photos/test reports.
We review COA + retained sample; if needed, arrange joint test with nominated lab.
Confirmed off-spec → Replacement FOC or Credit Note against next order.
Our aim is to resolve within 7 working days to minimize your downtime.
2. Can you protect my territory and customer information?
Yes. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Exclusive/Non-Compete Distribution Agreements defining:
Exclusive territory / customer segment
No direct contact with your declared clients
Your inquiry & formulation data kept confidential in our CRM
We have a proven track record supplying distributors.
3. Do you provide technical support for ingredient application?
Yes. Our technical team assists with:
Basic formulation suggestions (dosage, compatibility, processing tips)
Connection to partner factories' R&D for deeper troubleshooting
Application notes (e.g., "How to prevent sedimentation in acidic milk drinks using SSPS")
We also share third-party published references for your formulators.
4. What are your typical lead times and how do you handle sudden shortages?
Stock items: 7–15 days ex-Qingdao after deposit
Make-to-order: 15–30 days depending on factory schedule
If unexpected shortage occurs (force majeure / peak season), we inform you immediately and propose: (a) split shipment, (b) alternative qualified source (same spec), or (c) revised ETD — always with your consent.
5. What are your standard payment terms?
For new clients, our standard terms are T/T 30% deposit and 70% against the copy of B/L.
For long-term strategic partners with a proven track record, we can negotiate more flexible terms, such as LC at sight or DP, based on your annual purchasing volume.
