Yes, we provide free samples (100g–500g) for laboratory evaluation.

The customer only needs to cover the international courier freight. You can either provide your DHL/FedEx/UPS account number, or we can quote you the shipping cost at cost. Samples are usually dispatched within 3 business days.

Absolutely. Customization is one of our core strengths. We work closely with our partner factories' R&D teams to adjust:

• Particle Size / Mesh: (e.g., 30–60 mesh, 80–100 mesh)

• Purity / Assay: (e.g., Allulose ≥99%, Reb M ≥95%)

• Carrier / Bulking Agents: (e.g., Maltodextrin, Silica)

Please share your target specification, and we will evaluate the feasibility and MOQ.

 Standard Products: Usually 500 kg or 1 Full Pallet.

• Customized Products: Usually 1,000 kg or 1 FCL (Full Container Load) to cover the setup costs.

We understand the needs of R&D and pilot runs, so we can offer smaller trial quantities at a slightly adjusted price
