Still Need help?

Beyond answers: Multilingual support with regulatory insights.

1. With the EU's tightened regulations on Pyrrolizidine Alkaloids (PAs), how do you control this in botanical extracts?

We are fully aligned with EU Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/915. For all botanical extracts (e.g., Rosemary Extract), we enforce strict PA monitoring. We provide PA Screening Reports with a Limit of Quantification (LOQ) typically ≤10–30 ppb to ensure compliance and safeguard consumer health.

2. Does your Polydextrose / Resistant Dextrin comply with the US Bioengineered (BE) disclosure requirements?

We offer dual-track solutions for the US market. We can supply standard grades derived from conventional corn, along with a Non-GMO Affidavit for transparency. Additionally, we offer specialty grades sourced from Non-GMO Waxy Corn or Tapioca for brands seeking "BE-Free" labeling.

3. Are your fermentation-derived ingredients (e.g., Allulose, Reb M) considered "GMO" or "Synthetic"?

No. Our fermentation-derived ingredients are non-GMO. The production involves microbial fermentation or enzymatic conversion without transgenic DNA/RNA in the final purified product. We classify them as Nature-Identical and can issue Non-GMO certificates accordingly.

4. Can we make "Prebiotic" or "Gut Health" claims with your FOS/GOS/Inulin/XOS?

It depends on the region. In the USA, "Prebiotic Fiber" is an acceptable structure/function claim. In the EU, "Prebiotic" is not an authorized health claim, but "High in Fiber" is permitted if ≥6g/100g. We provide scientific dossiers to support your local regulatory submissions.

5. Is your SSPS (Soybean Polysaccharide) compliant with EU food additive regulations?

Yes. SSPS is recognized as a safe stabilizer/emulsifier. While it may not have a specific E-number in all contexts, it is permitted under generic additive provisions when meeting purity criteria. We provide EU-compliant specification sheets and safety data to facilitate your market entry.
