• Supplementary Commercial Invoice with detailed composition breakdown

• Manufacturer's Explanation Letter confirming food additive status / origin

• Past clearance references for the same product in your port

We stay involved until the issue is resolved.

We maintain alternative qualified factories for key items (Resistant Dextrin, Stevia, Polydextrose). With your approval on spec match, we can shift the order to the backup source to meet your committed ETD. If no alternative is acceptable, we renegotiate ETD or cancel without penalty.

Yes. Every shipment is accompanied by:

• Certificate of Analysis (COA)

• MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)

• Allergen Statement (confirming absence of Big-8 allergens or declaring exceptions)

• Non-GMO Declaration (where applicable)

These are emailed with the Shipping Advice and available in our Download Center.

Upon shipment, you receive a Shipping Advice with: B/L No., container No., vessel name, and ETA.

We monitor the schedule weekly and proactively alert you to any schedule changes (vessel delay, port congestion). For air shipments, real-time tracking links are provided.

Yes. Upon signing the Distribution Agreement, we issue a Letter of Authorization (LOA) on company letterhead, authorizing your firm to import and distribute our specified product lines within your defined territory — often required by local authorities for business registration or tender participation.
